Many of the people who have visited us so far have told us that they want to fix broken dishes.
We listened to your request and decided to offer Kintsugi.We have decided to hold a class.
We will invite a lacquer art instructor and start with kintsugi.
We are preparing a program that will take you to the level of lacquer art.
Membership plans are also available for pottery members.
You can get involved in lacquer art within the framework of crafts.

Kintsugi
You can learn the traditional kintsugi technique using real lacquer carefully from the beginning from a lacquer art instructor. At the first lesson, we will provide you with a process chart and incorporate classroom lectures into the program, from the basic names of lacquer to techniques, so that you will gain not only techniques but also comprehensive knowledge. It is intended to be worn by the user.
After that, we will deepen each technique while observing the condition of your own vessel.
In addition, Since this is also a class that deals with lacquer, the target audience is 18 years of age or older.

Admission fee / 11,000 yen (tax included)
Monthly fee / twice a month: 11,000 yen (5,500 yen/time)
Three times a month: 14,700 yen (4,900 yen/time)
4 times a month: 18,000 yen (4,500 yen/time)
6 times a month: 24,000 yen (4,000 yen/time)
8 times a month: 30,400 yen (3,800 yen/time)
*Separately, you will need to purchase a tool set (8,800 yen) at the first time you take the course.

Belongings
・Utensils you want to repair
The guideline varies depending on the degree of damage, but for cracks it is 3 to 5 places, for chips it is 2 to 3 places, and for cracks (broken in two) it is 1 to 2 places.

*If you do not have a vessel, you can experience it with the one we have prepared here. (1 piece/330 yen~)
・Hair ties to tie your hair together (for those with long hair)
・Glasses (please prepare if necessary as the work will be detailed)

Notes/Confirmation items
- Wooden products, lacquerware, and glass cannot be repaired.
*Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about whether your vessel can be repaired.
・Since the experience involves handling lacquer and damaged items, the participants must be 18 years of age or older.
Since we are handling lacquer, some people may experience reactions such as a rash even if they touch their skin.
We recommend wearing long sleeves to avoid getting a rash. In addition, if you develop symptoms of a rash, please take appropriate measures such as promptly consulting a doctor.
