*As a general rule, please use the raw urushi within a year.
○Kinds of metal powders
-Gold Powder: A very fine powder made from crushing gold leaf that can be spread over a wide area.
-Silver Powder: A powder made from crushing silver leaf with slightly coarser grains than gold. Silver is a very pale and beautiful metal but it gradually darkens as it ages.
○Things to Prepare by Yourself
Urushi Curing Cabinet (See page [#14] for how to make one), Flour, Water, Ethanol (the same kind used for disinfection is OK), Oil (Salad Oil, Canola Oil, or Olive Oil), Tissues, Plastic Wrap, Clear Tape, Scissors, A4 (letter size) Copy Paper or Tracing Paper, 2 Paper Weights, Exacto Knife (preferred)
